Thank you for selecting “Sure Let’s Paint” hosted by Shirlette as your paint party destination. We invite you to join us at our bi-weekly public paint parties where you can unwind and have a great time! We offer food and beverages with a Happy Hour Special and we will supply all painting supplies. As mandated by law, participants under the age of 21 MAY NOT consume alcoholic beverages on the premises.
It is our policy that we DO NOT issue cash refunds for cancellations made on your behalf. If you notify Sure Let’s Paint of a cancellation via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, a credit towards future paint and sip services with us will be issued. No cash refunds are provided. This policy refers to both on and off-site painting functions. Restrictions for funds credited may apply. No shows or late participants WILL NOT receive a refund or store credit.
For MOBILE PAINT PARTIES, you must provide table space and proper seating for your guests. If table and chair rental is needed please contact “Sure Let’s Paint” for rental arrangements. “Sure Let’s Paint” representatives are not responsible for insufficient space upon arrival to painting destination. If such an issue arises, neither refunds nor credits will be made available. “Sure Let’s Paint” representatives will arrive in a timely manner (30 to 45 minutes prior to scheduled painting time) to set up the space for your mobile event. Any delays on your behalf will not change the anticipated end time of your event. The balance for mobile events must be settled IN FULL before an “Sure Let’s Paint” representative arrives to your party site.
For private parties, the minimum requirement of 12 guests must be met prior to beginning of party. If the 12 guests minimum is not satisfied, host will be responsible for covering the cost to meet this requirement. All monetary transactions MUST be settled prior to the start of any painting event.
“Sure Let’s Paint” reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Whenever possible, registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed accordingly. An email notification of cancellation will be sent promptly upon this decision.
LARGER PARTIES OF 10 0R MORE, if you select a public paint night for your group, please contact an “Sure Let’s Paint” Representative at Sureletspaint@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance to inform us of your booking date. This quick notification would allow us the opportunity to provide proper accommodations for your guests. Seating arrangements will not be altered upon arrival to public painting sessions.
